The Department of Labor has just published a model notice for employers to use to educate employees about the FFCRA’s provisions.  The model notice can be found here.  It provides a thorough but clear summary of employees’ rights.

The DOL also published a field bulletin addressing the extent to which the FFCRA will be enforced early on.  The DOL has indicated that it will not bring enforcement actions against employers from March 18, 2020 through April 17, 2020, as long as the employers are taking reasonable, good faith steps to comply.  The full bulletin can be found here.
