Associate Attorney
Luna Hernandez
Attorney with expertise in entity formation, real estate, emerging technology, and more
Luna Hernandez joined Merhab Robinson & Clarkson in February 2021 as a Transactional Department Paralegal after immigrating to the United States from South Africa. In her paralegal role, she spent nearly 3 years assisting with entity formations, corporate maintenance and dissolutions, real estate transactions, M&A transactions, and employment audits.
In November 2023, Luna was admitted to the State Bar of California and chose to continue working with her same team, in her new role as an Associate Attorney.
She holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) and a Graduate Certificate in Business Law from USC Gould School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the University of South Africa, and an ABA-approved Paralegal Certification from the University of California, Irvine.
Recognizing the importance of supporting her community, she currently serves as Secretary for the Junior League of Orange County, a 501(c)3 organization. She is a member of USC Gould Alumni Society, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Beverley Hills Bar Association.
Luna thrives on making connections with people by assisting our business clients to build, grow and manage their companies. Outside of the legal industry, she spends time enjoying everything that Orange County has to offer, including running the Back Bay and trying out new restaurants.
Luna’s journey to the United States and into the legal field was covered by both of her Alma Maters, UCI and USC respectively. You can read more at the following articles:
