Luna Hernandez joined Merhab Robinson & Clarkson in February 2021 as a Transactional Department Paralegal after immigrating to the United States from South Africa. She assists the Transactional Department with entity formations, corporate maintenance and dissolutions, real estate transactions, M&A transactions, and employment audits.
She is currently pursuing her Masters of Law Degree (LL.M) with a Business Law Certificate at USC Gould School of Law, and will graduate in May 2023.
Ms. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the University of South Africa, as well as an ABA-approved Paralegal Certification from the University of California, Irvine. She is a paralegal certified under California Business & Professions Code section 6450.
Ms. Hernandez formerly served as the Vice President of Operations for the Junior League of Orange County, a 501(c)3 organization. She is a member of USC’s Business Law Society, the Blockchain@USA Society, and the Orange County Paralegal Association.
She enjoys researching emerging technology applications and implications for business and is an avid trail runner.
