Yumi Choe

Yumi Choe is a Senior Associate Attorney in Merhab Robinson & Clarkson’s Transactional Business Department. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, real estate transactions, and employment matters. She has represented clients in various industries in all stages of a business life cycle.

Ms. Choe is a member of the State Bar of California. She served as the Chair of the Business & Corporate Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association in 2021 and is a board member of Anteaters in Law, a chapter of the UCI Alumni Association.

Ms. Choe received her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University, College of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Irvine.
