Hollis Yurish

C. Hollis Yurish is one of the Firm’s Estate Planning and Trust Administration Paralegals. Hollis’ focus is as one of the firm’s Trust Administration Paralegals. Hollis has been working as a Legal Assistant, and then a paralegal since August of 2020, months after he graduated from Occidental College with a Bachelor of Science in Politics, and a Bachelor of Art in Art History.

Hollis obtained his ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Cal State University of Long Beach in June of 2025 and is a certified paralegal under California Business & Professions Code Section 6450. Hollis is also an active California Notary Public.

Hollis works closely with Paula Clarkson Chamberlain, Michelle McDonald, and Cassidy Russell to assist clients with the Administration of Trusts due to the death and incapacity of the Trust’s creator. Hollis assists clients by drafting real property documents, assisting clients with inventorying, and gaining control of Trust and estate Assets, and helps to ensure that the administration is continuing to move along. Hollis additionally works to support the firm’s attorneys, communicates with the clients, and assists in the management of the Firm’s Trust and Incapacity Administration cases.

Hollis enjoys exercising outside, spending time with his friends and family, and spending quiet nights at home with his calico kitten Lily.
