Sasha Chegini

With experience spanning a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, Sasha advises founders, investors, and closely held businesses on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, corporate reorganizations, real estate transactions, financing matters, and day-to-day business counsel.

He regularly represents sellers in transactions involving private equity sponsors and public company acquirers, and has guided clients across industries including technology, SaaS, pharmaceutical, engineering, retail, and commercial real estate through transactions and business decisions from initial structuring through negotiation, documentation, and closing.

Sasha has also enjoyed sharing his experience by mentoring law and undergraduate students through the Moot Court programs at his alma maters, Hofstra University School of Law and Cal State Fullerton.

Outside of his practice, he is an avid fan of the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Clippers and spends his free time on the tennis court or in the ocean.
