Lorraine Harden-O’Brien

Lorraine Harden-O’Brien is the firm’s administrator and Transactional Department paralegal. She provides efficient and effective solutions for various client issues to enable them to concentrate on growing their businesses.

Ms. Harden-O’Brien has worked closely with Marla Merhab Robinson, founding partner and head of the firm’s Transactional Department, since 1997. She oversees Merhab Robinson & Clarkson’s day-to-day operations and assists with entity formation and organization, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters.

Ms. Harden-O’Brien brings nearly 50 years of legal experience to the firm and is a paralegal certified under Business & Professions Code section 6450. She has also been a California Notary Public since 1983.

Ms. Harden-O’Brien is an associate member of the solo and small business section of the Orange County Bar Association and a former member of Vistage Key Group 9074 (2008–2020).

Ms. Harden-O’Brien is a naturalized U.S. citizen who was born in England, where she graduated from Moston College with a focus on Secretarial and General Business Studies. She currently resides in San Juan Capistrano with her family and British Bull Terriers.
