Luna Hernandez joined the firm in February 2021 as a Transactional Department Paralegal. She assists the Transactional Department with entity formations, corporate maintenance & dissolutions, real estate closings and employment audits.

Ms. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the University of South Africa, as well as an ABA approved Paralegal Certification from the University of California, Irvine. She is a paralegal certified under California Business & Professions Code section 6450.  She is currently pursuing her Masters of Law Degree (LLM) with a Business Law Certificate at USC Gould School of Law, as well as a Master of Science degree in Blockchain and Digital Currencies.

Being community driven, Ms. Hernandez serves as VP of Operations for the Junior League of Orange County, a 501(c)3 organization.  She is also a member of the Orange County Paralegal Association and USC’s Business Law Society.

She recently immigrated to the United States from South Africa, and spends her spare time researching emerging technology applications and implications for business, as well as hiking the Back Bay.
