William Hubbard is an associate attorney in the firm’s Transactional Department serving clients in the areas of corporate, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and employment law. Mr. Hubbard received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he earned the school’s Business Law Certificate, completing courses on both the substantive law and technical skills necessary to succeed in business law practice. As an undergraduate, Mr. Hubbard received his B.A. in European History and Global Politics from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.
During law school, Business Attorney Mr. Hubbard served as a law clerk with McMurtrey, Hartsock & Worth working primarily with public agencies and small businesses. He also worked as a legal intern at Applied Predictive Technologies, Inc., a business analytics software company focused on large, consumer-facing companies.
A Washington, D.C. native, Mr. Hubbard is enjoying life as a Santa Ana business attorney in Southern California. Mr. Hubbard is a member of the California State Bar.
